Inspection?

Two days ago HAAD came to clinic for the Health Facility inspection. I am not sure if it went well because it was my first time to be in a clinic audit for acquiring Health Facility license. Two gentlemen came for the inspection and they are extremely knowledgeable.

It was chaotic. Though I was not trembling, it was a bit terrifying that these people are asking too many things. Somehow I caught myself speechless and just stared at them.

The gentlemen stayed for an hour and half, checked thoroughly all the SOPPs, the facility, talked to the medical professionals, chat a little and went.

No coffee break, no tea break. That’s it!

People said we might fail, but still we hope for the best, hopefully we’ll pass.

Budget for Uniforms Next Year.. YAY!

Recently, we received a new set of medical uniforms and the clinic is preparing for the budget for the healthcare uniform, healthcare uniforms next year. The clinic wants to get discount medical scrubs without sacrificing the quality.

The previous uniforms we had are very good quality and we hope that they would procure the same. Procuring same would result less mistakes for uniform sizes and style.

I love my uniforms. Like I mentioned before, we have this cream-colored top and navyblue-colored trousers. I love the combination and the make, yet if the will provide new set of colors for the new uniforms, absolutely fine with me.

Let’s see how it goes. :)

FRENCH TIP MANICURE, yey!

I was so affectionate having my fingernails done and it makes so gone mad seeing a set of manicure paraphernalia plus the new French manicure nail polish I recently bought.

Fact: my fingernails are small, unformed, so-not-ladylike, in short, ugly.

Not my purpose to go to this shop, it just so happen I was passing by and checked. It is somewhere in Naif, in Day to Day to be in particular, and it comes with transparent, French pink and French white color. It is definitely a combo. Well, the item does not cost so much so it was not afterall pain in my pocket.

Now, im ready to get my fingernails done. Will sure add some photos later.

Wish to wear scrubs at work...

It was just a mere desire to work in a medical centre before but truly blessings come by surprise, it has been 7months now since I start working at Emal Occupational Health Clinic. I truly love the idea of giving care and support to the patients, Im so in love with the job. The work load is exciting and challenging everyday. And it is demanding and sometimes frustrating.

What I love most are the uniforms. Most especially the scrub clothing where nurses are wearing, I even ask my manager if I could have one for myself, but yet I am not allowed to wear it because I am not a nurse, I am admin support. If the nurses look fabulous wearing their nursing scrubs, the doctors stood gracefully in their lab coat and doctors’ coat.

I once tried putting on scrub and felt like I was Callie Torres of Grey’s Anatomy. Funny, but it feels so good.

Oh well, admin staff have different set of uniforms. At least, the ‘medical team’ stitched on the left sleeve of the blouse makes me one of the medical staff. Im satisfied afterall.

Munchee Milk Shortcake, my NEW fave!

Like five months ago, my blog was under pressure. The blogger team had accused me of stealing info from other websites whom I admittedly introduce to the wide public as one of my personal favorite things. Most of the products I talked about in this blog named to be my likes. People never pay me to do so. It is a sweet recognition to the products I enjoy eating and using. And if I purposely named them, shouldn’t they be thankful they were advertised for FREE?!

Ok, enough.

To continue, ehem, just recently i have discovered this unfamiliar biscuit. LOL. They actually named it Shortcakes. And if you would come to a grocery store, you hardly will recognize it for the simple label and unattractive packaging. Because of that, I now believe in the saying ‘Don’t judge the book by its cover!’ for it is saying like, ‘Don’t judge the food by it packing.’ LOL

I was not so sure why of all the biscuits I could pick there, I picked that one, the Munchee Milk Shortcakes. A lame blue packing and a simple glass of milk with biscuit printed on it. Perhaps I got tired of eating the usual Chocolate Chip Cookies, Butter Cookies and all kind of cookies and crackers.

So despite the poor presentation of the product, the product itself is nonetheless very good. Yeah, am telling you, the shortcakes are so delicious. I thought it was just my personal preference that I became to love it, but when I shared it with my colleagues at work, they love it too.

Words from the mouth as it is, spreads like thousand molecules in vast horizon. I love it, my colleagues love it, even their roommates became to love it.

If you want to know, you better try it.

Chocolate Lavish

Patchi?! Ring a bell?

When it comes to chocolate, Patchi is a brand that blew my mind. It is chocolatey delicious! Don’t think it is just a type of chocolate you can simply buy whenever you like because buying this brand of chocolate means you lavishly like to spend big bucks for a box of it.

Approximately, 1 box of Patchi is worth around 300 dirhams. Let’s convert --- 3000plus PHP.
Imagine that?!

So, when a friend of mine brought so many Patchi chocolate, I enjoyed each and every single bite of it. =P

Biryani, my friend!

I’m addicted to Biryani!

No one’s gonna dare to taste dishes that looks so alienated to your eyes. The first time Biryani was served into our table, I was doubtful if I can even eat a spoonful.

Biryani is a dish made with spices, rice, meat and vegetables. The spices and condiments used in biryani may include ghee, peas, beans, cumin, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander and mint leaves, ginger, onions, and garlic. The main ingredient that accompanies the spices is the meat—beef, chicken, goat, lamb, or shrimp. The dish may be served with dahi chutney or Raita, korma, curry, a sour dish of eggplant or a boiled egg.

There are varieties of biryani; the more I try one variety, the more I like biryani. Haha.

Looking for "Yahoo Status Changer"?

Phews. I can’t imagine how this ‘yahoo status changer’ ate almost an hour of my time. Aha. Silly right?

I have tried about 3 softwares already just to have the feature, and all of them failed me. Hehe. Well, until I bumped into Winamp website in their plugins section. Jeez, I had all the trouble of going into so many websites to look for the freeware that is downloadable on the website which I should have checked first.

I downloaded YM Status Mixer from the Winamp website, installed it on my PC, run and viola! My yahoo status changer is up and working!

Once you run the program, an color blue spherical-icon in the task pane is shown. Double click it or right-click to (1)Change Status Message, (2)Define Quotes, and (3)Change Yahoo ID.

The software is compatible with my YM v8 and winamp v5. Don't know though if it's compatible with higher/lesser versions.

Want to try it? Have it here.
